1. Service package
The starter package consists of a website with up to 3 pages and, when needed, a complete booking system for a fixed one-off fee of €249. This is followed by at least twelve monthly payments of €7.99 for hosting, SSL, technical maintenance and up to one small text or image change per month.
Standalone hosting can also be provided from €7.99 per month for simple static websites or supplied site files. Domain name, large migrations, WordPress maintenance, online shops, payment functions and other additional work are not included unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The included booking system lets customers book through the website and lets the client view appointments and block individual times or full days. Its hosting, SSL and technical maintenance are covered by the standard €7.99 monthly fee.
2. Domain name
The domain name is not included. The client registers and pays for the domain directly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Materials supplied by the client
The client supplies correct text, images, logos, contact details, preferred colours or style and the desired page structure on time. The client confirms that these materials may legally be used and do not infringe the rights of others.
4. Revision rounds
Two normal revision rounds are included before publication. Major changes, new sections or pages beyond the three included pages may be charged separately.
5. Payment
The starting fee is paid before work begins. Monthly payments start when the website goes live, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Term and cancellation
The minimum maintenance term is twelve months. After that, it can be cancelled monthly. On termination, the client may receive a copy of the static website files. Transfer assistance or additional work may be charged separately.
7. Maintenance and changes
Small changes are simple edits to existing text or one existing image. The included booking system is hosted and technically maintained under the standard €7.99 monthly fee. New sections, pages beyond the three included pages, new booking features, major changes, payment functions and online shops may be charged separately.
8. Liability
Every effort is made to provide a properly functioning website, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant assignment, insofar as permitted by law.
9. Advertising and content
No third-party advertising will be placed on a client's website without a separate and clear written agreement.
10. Prices and taxes
Listed prices exclude domain name costs and any additional work, unless agreed otherwise in writing. When VAT applies, this will be shown clearly on the invoice.
